Scope

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the AtomIQ Fleet website, platforms, and AtomIQ Fleet Mobile Application (collectively, the “Applications”). The Application is owned by AtomIQ Fleet.

Eligibility

The Application is provided by AtomIQ Fleet and is available only to entities and persons who have reached the age of legal majority and are competent to enter into legally binding agreements under the applicable law. If you do not meet these criteria, you are not permitted to use the Application.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The services, content, and information on this website are provided on an “as is” basis. AtomIQ Fleet, to the fullest extent permitted by law, disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, non-infringement of third-party rights, and fitness for a particular purpose. AtomIQ Fleet, its affiliates, and licensors make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, security, or timeliness of the services, content, or information provided on or through the AtomIQ Fleet applications.

AtomIQ Fleet Licenses

All customized graphics, icons, and other items that appear on the Applications are trademarks or service marks (“Marks”) of AtomIQ Fleet, and licenses to use such Marks may not be used or interfered with in any manner. AtomIQ Fleet does not convey any ownership rights in the AtomIQ Fleet applications or any content appearing on the Applications. You may not modify, publish, transmit, transfer, sell, reproduce, create derivative works from, distribute, repost, perform, display, or in any way commercially exploit any of the content available in the Application, nor reverse engineer the Applications. AtomIQ Fleet reserves the right to change the terms and conditions from time to time without notice, and it is the responsibility of the user to review the policies, terms, and conditions mentioned on this website.

Limitation of Liability

Use of the AtomIQ Fleet applications and their content is at your sole risk. AtomIQ Fleet will not be liable to you or any person or entity claiming through you for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, or other damages under any theory of law for any errors in, or the use of or inability to use, the AtomIQ Fleet application and its content, including but not limited to, damages for lost profits, business, data, or damage to any computer systems, even if you have advised AtomIQ Fleet of the possibility of such damages.

Modification of Terms

AtomIQ Fleet may revise and update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the Applications after any changes to these Terms and Conditions will be deemed as acceptance of such changes. Any aspect of the Application may be changed, supplemented, deleted, or updated without notice, at the sole discretion of AtomIQ Fleet.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

To the fullest extent permitted by law, these Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India, and courts of India will have jurisdiction.

Shipping Policy / Delivery

AtomIQ Fleet has identified a panel of service providers who are capable of providing efficient services all across the country within 1–15 days.
